Carry forward noble medical ethics, exercise strict self-discipline, do not ask for or illegally accept property from patients, and do not seek illegitimate interests by taking advantage of practice; Do not accept rebates and commissions in various names and forms from medical devices, drugs, reagents and other production and trading enterprises or personnel, and do not participate in business entertainment activities arranged, organized or paid by them; Do not defraud or obtain basic medical security funds or provide convenience for others; Do not participate in medical advertising and promotion of drugs and medical devices in violation of regulations, and do not resell number sources.

Article 22 learn and master humanistic medical knowledge, improve humanistic quality, show humanistic care for patients, and communicate with patients sincerely and patiently.
Article 23 conscientiously implement the medical document writing and management system, standardize the writing and properly preserve medical records, do not conceal, forge or illegally alter or destroy medical documents and related materials, and do not sign medical certificates in violation of regulations.
Article 24 perform the statutory reporting duties of medical quality and safety incidents, infectious disease outbreaks, adverse drug reactions, foodborne diseases, suspected injury incidents or abnormal deaths according to law.
Article 25 conscientiously perform the duties of doctors, actively treat patients, serve patients dutifully, enhance the sense of responsibility and safety, and strive to prevent and control medical responsibility errors.
Article 26 strictly abide by the management norms for clinical application of medical technology and the physician's practice level authority as stipulated by the unit, and do not apply new medical technology clinically in violation of regulations.
Article 27 the relevant provisions on clinical trials of drugs and medical technologies shall be strictly observed, and the right of informed consent of patients or their families shall be fully guaranteed when conducting experimental clinical medical treatment.
Nurse norms
Article 28 constantly update knowledge, improve professional and technical ability and comprehensive quality, respect and care for patients, protect patients' privacy, pay attention to communication, reflect humanistic care, and safeguard patients' health rights and interests.
Article 29 strictly implement various rules and regulations, correctly implement clinical nursing practice and nursing technical specifications, fully perform nursing duties such as medical care, disease observation, assistance in diagnosis and treatment, psychological support, health education and rehabilitation guidance, and provide safe and high-quality nursing services for patients.
Article 30 work rigorously and cautiously, and be responsible for the practice behavior.
